Keep Yourself and Your Associates Learning

It takes 18 months to master a task, after that people aren’t learning anything new. Bored people are not productive people.
Keep associates on board with training – provide opportunities for education and training to keep associates motivated and enthusiastic. If you give associates the chance to develop their skills within our organization, they’ll be less likely to leave in search of other opportunities.
Walk the talk – To foster lifelong learning, commit to your own learning by attending training to sharpen your skills and keep up in your field

Adults need meaningful work in the same way that children need interesting play, in order to fulfill themselves as persons.
